Asiana House is an owner-managed guesthouse that has been running for 12 years with great attention to detail and its guests. Jam, the owner, maintains a friendly family relationship with her visitors and long-time regulars from all over the world. 12 bungalows and 5 studios are now available to individuals, families and business travelers for long term stays. Groups can also be accommodated, subject to availability. About 1.5 hours by car from Phuket, Asiana House offers the ideal location for your venture in the region as a vacation home or residence during extended stays. Whether for leisure, business or both. Various service options can be selected and requested individually to meet individual requirements. Wherever you wish, you will always be supported in word and deed.

Long and short-termSpots to stayWe have two neighboring properties on which a total of 14 houses can be rented. Five studios were built in 2020 on the new plot. The remaining eight bungalows are located on the adjacent property. All houses are designed to accommodate a maximum of two people. Depending on whether the purpose of stay is a business trip, a long-term stay in the region or vacation, optional services such as room service housekeeping, laundry can be booked. Prices start from 12,000 baht per month for a minimum rental period of 12 months. The houses can also be rented for 3, 6 or 9 months. Noticeably differentIndividual spaces
Asiana House combines high flexibility, favorable conditions and an attractive range of services within walking distance. You can book your own home as self-catering or take advantage of optional services while staying in a family environment without being disturbed by it. All houses have a terrace, a king size bed and air conditioning. In seven houses there is also a kitchen available. Khao Lak is one of the most popular and at the same time unknown areas in Thailand. Many beaches, stores, restaurants and a central location 1.5 hours from Phuket offer the optimal balance between a well developed infrastructure and a pleasant quality of life for visitors and locals. Happy hostsLike friends and familyWe welcome and accommodate you like our friends and family. For us there is no difference and many of our guests visit us for years also for this reason. What they appreciate most is the combination of several factors.
Besides the beach and the market, many stores, local and tourist restaurants can be reached on foot. By scooter or car other towns can be reached quickly while Phuket with its international Airport is only 1.5 hours away. Wether you want to organize sighstseeing- trips, go islands or see spots on the main land, if you need support with any paperwork or special tasks. You are most welcomt to ask Jam to help you. She and her network will asssist you as good and fast as possibe.
Also many friendships have been made here over the years. Both, with us, as well as between the worldwide guests, who without exception all like to come again Besides the beach and the market, many stores and restaurants can be reached on foot.
